Miss Gurung International on Friday, the winner will get 5 lakhs

Kathmandu-The grand finale of the fifth edition of Miss Gurung International is going to be held on this 24 October at the National Assembly House in Kathmandu. The program director Trishna Gurung said that the main objective of the program is to bring the Gurung caste scattered all over the world to participate in one place and to promote the culture of the Gurung caste all over the world.
"In the fifth edition of Miss Gurung International, contestants from Nepal and India will be given opportunities to participate in various social and cultural programs throughout the year, as well as fashion shows, music videos and other professional activities," said the program director Gurung.
According to the information given by the program director Gurung to Farakdhar, the winner of the Miss Gurung International title will get an opportunity to participate in the Heritage Fashion Show in Australia with a cash prize.The winner of the title will receive a prize worth Rs 5 lakh, the winner of Miss Popular Award will receive Rs 3 lakh, the first runner-up will receive Rs 2 lakh, the second runner-up will receive Rs 1 lakh and the winner of the Miss Talent title will receive various prizes worth Rs 25,000.
This program started in 2014. Mrigatrishna Fashion House is the organizer of Miss Gurung International, which is organized for the awakening of art, language, costumes and culture of the Gurung community. Surya Bhusal, president of Nepal-India Human Development and Friendship Association, and Vinod Gurung, president of Nepal-India Tribal Tribes Friendship Association, are the main advisors of the program.
