Kathmandu- Renowned author Kumar Bhattarai has recently published a book titled "28 Sal" (Year 2028), shedding light on the Jhapa Rebellion led by the Communist Party of Nepal against the immediate Panchayat system.

The book was jointly unveiled by notable personalities including Durga Adhikari, senior journalist Purushottam Dahal, and the author himself, Kumar Bhattarai.
