Renowned Writer Chudamani Bandhu to Receive Prestigious 'Devkota Lusun Pragya Puraskar'

Kathmandu- In a significant recognition of his remarkable contributions to Nepali literature, renowned litterateur Prof. Dr. Chudamani Bandhu has been chosen as the recipient of the esteemed 'Devkota Lusun Pragya Puraskar.'

The decision was announced during a meeting chaired by Sunil Kumar Paudel, the President of Devkota Lusun Pragya Pratisthan.

To select the deserving awardee, the foundation had previously constituted an award selection committee comprising Vice-Chair Matrika Pokharel, Secretary Sita Sharma, and Treasurer Baba Basnet. After careful deliberation, the committee unanimously agreed to honor Prof. Dr. Chudamani Bandhu with this prestigious accolade.

The grand award ceremony is scheduled to take place on the 7th of Falgun 2080 in the capital city, Kathmandu. This special event will witness the presentation of the 'Devkota Lusun Pragya Puraskar' to Prof. Dr. Bandhu. Along with the recognition, he will be bestowed with a cash prize of 50,000 rupees and a certificate, acknowledging his exceptional literary contributions.
