Unveiling the Rich History of Kathmandu Valley: A Captivating Exhibition in Pokhara

Pokhara-  In a remarkable celebration of the 21st International Mountain Museum Day, an extraordinary exhibition showcasing historical pictures of Kathmandu Valley has opened its doors in Pokhara.

This captivating display, organized in collaboration with the Patan Museum Development Committee and the Hanuman Dhoka Darbar Museum, promises to transport visitors back in time, offering a glimpse into the majestic past of the valley.

The exhibition features an impressive collection of paintings, pictures, and photographs captured by the renowned palace photographer late Dirgha Man Chitrakar and his son Ganeshman Chitrakar. Each image serves as a poignant reflection of the architectural splendor, vibrant festivals, bustling markets, and the lives of the valley's inhabitants during a bygone era.
